NeedUp is a private assistance service based in Ganaur, Sonipat district, Haryana. You tell us which form you need, share your documents in a chat, and a verified operator fills and submits it on the official government portal. It is the work a cyber cafe or CSC centre does, done from your phone, at any hour.

What we do
We fill and submit government and official forms, and we write plain guides so you can also do them yourself.
- Identity documents: PAN card, Aadhaar update, passport, voter ID, driving licence.
- Certificates: income, caste, domicile and birth certificate.

How we work
Verified operators
Every operator is checked and approved by NeedUp before they can take a request. You chat with a real person, in Hindi or English.
The fee is shown first
Starting a request is free. You see the government fee and the operator's fee in the chat, and pay only after that.
Filed on the official portal
Your application goes on the government's own website, and you get the acknowledgement or application number in the chat.
Open 24 hours
Operators work 24/7. If no operator is free at that moment, the NeedUp assistant collects your details so the operator can start straight away.
What we are not
- NeedUp is not a government office and is not affiliated with any government department.
- We cannot promise that an application will be approved. The department decides that.
- We do not sell plots, jobs or scheme benefits. Be careful of anyone who asks for money to "guarantee" one.
How we keep our guides correct
Fees, last dates and rules on this site are read from the official notification or portal, and every guide shows the date it was last checked. When something has not been announced officially, we say so instead of guessing. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will correct it.
