    Share your documents

    See the fee, then pay

    You are shown two amounts: the government fee, which goes to the department, and the operator's fee. You pay online, for example by UPI, only after you have seen both. Starting a request and asking questions cost nothing.

    The operator fills and submits the form

    The form is filled on the official government portal. If the portal sends an OTP to your phone, the operator asks you for it in the chat. You get the application or acknowledgement number as soon as it is submitted.

    You follow the status in the app. The finished document is shared in the chat, or reaches you by post when the department sends it that way. The operator stays available for questions.

Keep ready before you start

  • Aadhaar card, and the mobile number linked to it (OTPs come on it).
  • For Haryana schemes: your Family ID, with the mobile number registered in it.
  • A passport-size photo and your signature on white paper.
  • Any certificate the form asks for. Each service guide lists them.

Stay safe

  • Pay only inside the NeedUp app or website, after you have seen the amount.
  • Share an OTP only in the NeedUp chat, and only for the form you asked for.
  • Never share your bank PIN, UPI PIN or card details with anyone, including an operator.
  • NeedUp is a private service, not a government office. Approval is decided by the department.

Do I have to visit any office?

For most forms, no. A few, such as Aadhaar biometric updates or a passport appointment, need you to visit a government centre; the operator tells you in advance. You can also come to the NeedUp office in Ganaur.
