What the scheme gives
The Mukhya Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana extension (MMGAY 2.0) gives residential plots to poor rural families in Haryana: 100 square yards in regular gram panchayats and 50 square yards in Mahagram panchayats. The plot is allotted on a one-time payment of ₹1,000. Families get the allotment letter (Adhikar Patra) straight away, and the panchayat hands over physical possession within two years. The policy runs from 2024-25 to 2026-27.
In Phase 1, 4,533 families in 20 districts got plots by draw (January 2025). Phase 3 draws were reported in April 2026 (for example 330 plots in Jind and 13 in Sirsa).
Who is eligible?
- Haryana family with a Family ID (Parivar Pehchan Patra)
- Annual family income verified in the Family ID of up to ₹1.80 lakh. BPL status is not required; the income is taken from the Family ID
- No pucca house anywhere in Haryana
- You live in the village where you are applying
- No benefit from Priyadarshini Awas, Indira Awas, PM Awas (Gramin) or any other housing scheme in the last 20 years
Who gets priority in the draw?
- Ghumantu (nomadic) communities
- Widows, those with more children first
- Scheduled Caste households of four or more members
- Then all other families, in order of Family ID income (lowest first)
100 gaj plot scheme apply online: last date and registration status
Registration runs in phases, and each window is announced by the Housing for All Department on hfa.haryana.gov.in. As of 4 October 2026 the official site shows no open MMGAY registration and no last date, so any website giving a "last date" right now is not quoting an official notice.
Note: the "Book your Plot" button on hfa.haryana.gov.in is for the urban plot scheme (MMSAY) in 14 towns, not for the 100 gaj village scheme.
Use the time to get ready: make sure your Family ID income is verified and correct (the scheme reads it from there), and that the mobile number in your Family ID works for the OTP. When the next window opens, a NeedUp operator can fill the form for you.
100 gaj plot form kaise bhare (how to apply online)
- Wait for the official registration window to open on hfa.haryana.gov.in.
- Apply with your Family ID. The OTP comes to the mobile number registered in the Family ID, and your family details are taken from it.
- Check your village and details, submit, and save the application number.
- Allotment is by computerised draw. Selected families pay the one-time ₹1,000 and get the allotment letter (Adhikar Patra).
Haryana 100 gaj plot list village wise PDF download
The Housing for All Department has published "List of villages covered under phase 2 of MMGAY 2.0" as a PDF. It shows, village by village, how many applicants there are in each category (Ghumantu, Widow, SC, Others), about 1.59 lakh in total. It does not list names: no official name-wise list of beneficiaries has been published.
If your village is on the list and your Family ID income is within ₹1.80 lakh, keep your Family ID ready for the draw and the next window. If your income in the Family ID is wrong or unverified, correct it first.

Registration windows open and close by phase, so check the portal before you apply. Allotment is only by the department's draw: be careful of anyone asking for money to "guarantee" a plot. The only payment is the official ₹1,000 after allotment.
