Worked out from the CET policy of 31 December 2024: standard rate ₹1,000, with 50% or 25% charged to Haryana residents who give Family ID or Aadhaar. One fee covers one appearance for both Group C and Group D.

The Group D CET held on 12 January 2024 is valid up to 11 January 2027.
Who can apply (eligibility)
- Group D: Matric pass, with Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric
- Group C: 10+2 or equivalent, or Matric with an additional qualification
- Register with your Family ID or Aadhaar. Without either, the fee doubles
Documents to keep ready
- Matric certificate (and 10+2 / qualification certificates for Group C)
- Coloured photo with white background, and scanned signature
- Signed undertaking given in the advertisement
- Aadhaar card; Family ID if you have one
- Reserved categories: Haryana resident certificate and category certificate. Central OBC or EWS certificates are not accepted
Photo and signature size
- A recent scanned colour photo with a white background, with your name and the date the photo was taken written on it.
- A scanned signature.
- At final submission you upload a signed copy of the application form.
- The advertisements do not print a KB or pixel limit. Follow the size shown on the upload screen.
How to fill the HSSC CET Haryana form (step by step)
- Register on onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in with your Family ID or Aadhaar number.
- If you registered for an earlier CET, use the same CET registration number. A second registration gets the candidature cancelled.
- Fill personal, category and education details exactly as on your certificates.
- Upload the photo, signature, certificates and the signed undertaking.
- Pay the fee online.
- Print the form, sign it, upload the signed copy and do the final submit.
Common mistakes that get forms rejected
- Making a second registration. HSSC cancels the candidature and can debar the candidate.
- A category certificate with an old date. Each advertisement fixes the date after which BC and EWS certificates must be issued.
- Using a central OBC or EWS certificate instead of the Haryana one.
- Not giving Family ID or Aadhaar, which doubles the fee.
- A photo without the name and date written on it.
