The Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana pays ₹2,100 a month to eligible women in Haryana.   • Family income verified in the Family ID within the limit: reported as ₹1.80 lakh a year from 17 September 2026 (the official scheme page, last updated 10 September, still shows ₹1 lakh)
  • There is no limit on the number of eligible women in one family
  • Women already getting another social-security pension are excluded (with exceptions for cancer, rare diseases and blood disorders)

How is the ₹2,100 paid?

Under the change approved by the Haryana Cabinet in January 2026, as reported in the news, ₹1,100 goes to the woman's bank account every month and ₹1,000 goes into a government-run deposit for up to 5 years, paid back with interest when it matures.

Why Lado Lakshmi applications get rejected

  • Income in the Family ID is above the limit or not yet verified. Fix the Family ID income first (see our Family ID update guide).
  • Age or name differs between Aadhaar and the Family ID.
  • The 15-year residence condition is not met in the records.
  • The bank account is not linked to Aadhaar for direct benefit transfer.
  • The OTP goes to an old mobile number that is still in the Family ID.
